Escrow Alliance BV Haarlem was appointed by Inter-Data for assurance of continuity of the services provided by Inter-Data as a partner for implementation, management, maintenance and storage of Cloud Escrow Agreements.
The source code escrow arrangement is an agreement whereby a software distributor or
reseller and a user may agree that the supplier of a software product for the purpose of the user deposits the source code at a specialized escrow agent.
The user gets access to the source code if the supplier for any reason is no longer able or willing to care for maintanance of the sourcecode.
